The GSIS Teleservice is a simple process that any GSIS members and pensioners may be entitled to provided that they have the GSIS eCard Plus. If you don't have one, you may enroll for it anytime during office hours.
Alternately, you can first make an inquiry at the GSIS website at - www.gsis.gov.ph and see if you can make online transactions or if they are available for the time you need.
